Bio
Haeun Kim (2024), also known as Hannah Kim, is a Ph.D. alumna of the Applied Linguistics and Technology program at Iowa State University. She holds a BA and a EdM in English Language Education from Kyungpook National University. Before joining the program, she taught English to middle and high school students in South Korea for six years. She worked as a teaching assistant for the ISUComm Foundation courses for two years. Currently, she is working for the Online Learning Team (OLT) and the Writing and Media Center (WMC). Her research interests include language assessment, language processing, corpus linguistics, and bilingualism.
